Class Descriptions

BOX­FIT

A fast paced, high inten­sity car­dio blast packed full of dynamic body­weight exer­cises per­formed on boxes. Push your body through the limit with accu­mu­lat­ing rounds of move­ments designed to tar­get whole body fit­ness at every angle.

Ideal for: Car­dio­vas­cu­lar fit­ness, mus­cu­lar endurance, strip­ping extra body fat.

Suit­able for: All lev­els of fit­ness, gym begin­ners to exer­cise veterans.

 

2-12-2/WOD

Turn up and work your way through one of your train­ers’ daily con­di­tion­ing cir­cuits. Work­ing indi­vid­u­ally you’ll tackle a series of move­ments focus­ing on strength and endurance using equip­ment rang­ing from bar­bells, dumb­bells, trac­tor tyres and bat­tle ropes.

Ideal for: Mus­cu­lar strength, mus­cu­lar endurance, strip­ping body fat, technique.

Suit­able for: Any­one with base tech­nique of gym move­ments, all fit­ness levels.

Fight club

Boxing training using pads and partner work. Come alone or bring a friend to our fast paced Fight club on Friday nights. You will be guided by one of our trainers learning boxing movements while challenging your cardiovascular endurance.  Expect a fun full body workout.

Ideal for: Weight loss, cardiovascular endurance and boxing technique.

Suitable for: Anyone, all fitness levels.  

 

BAR­BELL BEAST­ING

The bar­bell beast­ing is a ses­sion pri­mar­ily based upon com­pound move­ments which is an AMRAP (As Many Reps As Pos­si­ble) style train­ing. The trainer will give the class a spe­cific set of move­ments that need to be com­pleted in a set order, with a time limit. You get to deter­mine what weight on the bar­bell is used accord­ing to your level of con­fi­dence in those movements.

Ideal for: Mus­cu­lar strength, mus­cu­lar endurance, full body approach.

Suit­able for: Any­one with base tech­nique of gym move­ments, all fit­ness levels.

 

HIIT

High intensity interval training, is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Our trainer will take you through all body weight movements with timed exercise and recovery periods. 

Ideal for: Weight loss, speeding up the metabolism. 

Suitable for: Anyone with base technique of gym movements, all fitness levels.

 

Group Conditioning

Group conditioning is a group session taken by a trainer. During this session the trainer will put the whole group through their paces, the sessions will vary each week to keep you on your toes. There will be a blend of high intensity, strength and conditioning work in a group environment.

Ideal for: Weight loss, knowledge of exercises and equipment.

Suitable for: Anyone with any technique of gym movements, all fitness levels. 

 

Team Circuits 

 As a team you will be aiming to complete a provided amount of reps and sets using your body weight and varying pieces of equipment directed by the trainer.  This workout will be challenging but fun working in a team. 

Ideal for: Weight loss, Cardiovascular endurance.

Suitable for: Anyone, all fitness levels.
